Albert Rigaux est un pseudonyme de Stanislava Matyasova, peintre belge d’origine tchèque. Née en 1954, elle a fait ses études à l’école de Beaux-Arts de Moravie et débute sous son propre nom. Elle est arrivée en Belgique dans des années 80. C’est ainsi que le pseudonyme Albert Rigaux est né et est connu sur le marché de l’art depuis son arrivée en Belgique. Dans le monde entier des nombreux tableaux ont été vendus en privé et par les salles de ventes renommés comme par ex. Christie’s&Sotheby’s, Horta, Hampel, Campo&Campo, Veuilinghuis Bernaerts, Drouot etc… Son style est postimpressionniste, sa palette de couleurs est pastelle et ses oeuvres représentent principalement des vues de plages animées de la côte belge.

Albert Rigaux is het pseudoniem voor Stanislava Matyasova, Belgische kunstschilder van Tsjechische afkomst. Zij is geboren in 1954, doorliep haar opleiding in het Instituut voor Schone Kunsten te Moravië en zette haar eerste stappen in de kunstwereld onder haar eigen naam. Zij is aangekomen in België in de jaren ’80. Zo is het pseudoniem Albert Rigaux ontstaan en aldus gekend. In gans de wereld werden veel schilderijen verkocht in privé en via wereldbekende verkoopsveilingen, zoals o.a. Christie’s&Sotheby’s, Horta, Hampel, Campo&Campo, Veuilinghuis Bernaerts, Drouot… Haar stijl is postimpressionistisch, haar palet overwegend pastelkleurig dn haar werken stellen hoofdzakelijk zichten van het leven op de stranden van de Belgische kust voor.

She was born in 1954 and studied at the Moravia School of Fine Arts before making her debut as a painter with her own name. She came to live in Belgium during the 80s.Stanislava’s arrival in Belgium the pseudonym Albert Rigaux appeared and began to be known on the Belgian art market. Many paintings were sold during all these years in the whole world and some by famous auctions houses such as Christie’s&Sotheby’s, Horta, Hampel, Campo&Campo, Veuilinghuis Bernaerts, Drouot. She claims a post-impressionism style with a pastel palette and her favored subjects are the views of the Belgian lively sea side.
